Foot Pain

Every day, we grow older, which is an unchangeable, simple fact of life. Our bodies change along with our strength, but we never think about them. We stand, we walk, we run, and we move without a second thought until one day. That one day, we might feel something, such as a dull ache in the heel, a sharp pain with every step, or swelling that hurts whenever we keep our feet down.
